Siora Jewels – Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Siora Jewels, every piece is handcrafted with care and precision.
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns – 30 Days Easy Return
We offer a 30-day easy return policy from the date of delivery for all unused, unworn, and undamaged jewellery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, with the invoice and intact product tags. Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. After approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.
Please note:
*Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
*Customized, personalized, or engraved products cannot be returned.
*Return shipping details will be shared by our customer care team once your request is approved.
Exchanges – 7 Days
If you’d like to exchange your jewellery for a different design or size, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, along with the invoice and tags intact.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement piece or issue a store credit (as preferred).
Refunds
After your return passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
If your order was paid via COD, a bank transfer or wallet credit will be provided for the refund.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
*Customized or personalized jewellery
*Gift cards, offers, or sale items
*Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling

with your order ID and reason for return or exchange within the eligible period.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
