Easy 30 Days Exchange

At Siora Jewels, every piece is handcrafted in 925 sterling silver and checked by hand before it reaches you. You can exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a different design, size, or colour — or for Siora store credit that never expires. We’re an exchange-first brand: exchanges and store credit are the fastest option, and cash refunds are available in specific cases below.

What Makes an Item Eligible

• Unused, unworn, and undamaged — no scratches, tarnish, or signs of wear
• In its original packaging (box, pouch, cards) with all tags and the tamper/hygiene seal intact
• Accompanied by the original invoice
• Complete — for jewellery sets, all pieces must be returned together

Every item passes a quality inspection on arrival. If it fails (worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, or missing tags/packaging), it’s sent back to you and the exchange/refund isn’t processed.

How to Start an Exchange or Return

1. Raise a request within 30 days of delivery — email care@siorajewels.com with your order ID, reason, and clear photos of the item and tags.
2. We acknowledge within 24–48 hours and, once approved, arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or share the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original condition and packaging.
4. After it reaches us and clears inspection, we process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges & Refunds

• Your first exchange on an order is free; a flat ₹99 reverse-pickup fee applies to any additional exchange.
• Any price difference is collected or issued as store credit. If your chosen piece is unavailable, we offer store credit.
• Refunds on prepaid, non-discounted orders are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of clearing inspection — or instantly as store credit.
• COD orders are refunded via store credit or bank transfer. Original shipping and reverse-pickup fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale — Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind

• Orders where any discount, coupon, or promo code was applied at checkout
• Items bought during sales, clearance, or special offers
• Customised, personalised, or engraved pieces
• Gift cards
• Items returned worn, used, altered, or without original tags/packaging/invoice

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Email care@siorajewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange at no cost to you — including on discounted orders.

6-Month Plating Warranty

Every Siora piece carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing and plating defects under normal use. It doesn’t cover normal wear, tarnishing from water, perfume, sweat, sanitiser or chemicals, damage from drops or mishandling, or items repaired outside Siora. Tip: remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, sleeping, or applying perfume.
